SCHEDULING CONFLICTS.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that you must give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your lesson for any reason; otherwise, you are responsible for paying for the lesson in full. You agreed to these terms by checking this box in the registration form. (required)*


Extenuating circumstances such as Family emergencies, etc. will be excused.  If you have an emergency that absolutely could not be avoided and thereby keeps you from your scheduled lesson with me, and you let me know of your situation that day, I will not charge you.


MISSED LESSONS - if you forget your lesson the full price will be charged.  This site is your tool to track your lessons and a guide for keeping up with your lessons.

Please either park in the parking pad, or driveway.   Please DO NOT park on the road on the grass.

ARRIVAL & WAITING:  When you come for your lesson, my studio will be to your right in the front room. Feel free to come right in the front door, even if you are early; there is no need to knock.  Sometimes I will be a little behind, I'll tell you and you can (1) sit in the other room straight ahead on the couch or (2) on the front porch (in nice weather) and then I'll call you in.  Please don't be more than 5 min early to your lesson. I'll always give you the full 45 min of time at least, even if that means we go over into the next lesson.  I try hard to give you every second of devoted instruction for your lesson.  


If you are early and I'm still teaching, feel free to use the bathroom; it's through the white double, down the hall and 2nd door on the left.


The only things you need to bring with you are:

 1. Sheet music for whatever songs you want to sing.  I use an iPad primarily, so you should email me digital copies of whatever you want to work on (elijahchester@gmail.com) and if you like, you can read them off of an iPad that I keep in the studio for your use.
